More ways to find your photo:
To find your photo when you are having trouble, or
when you do not have a photo ticket, you have 2 choices:

- You may use our manual photo seach tool which displays up to 100 small sized photos on a page within a
specified time range for the day your photo was taken. You may then browse through the
photos until you locate yours.
- You may fill out a brief form to contact customer service about your problem locating your photo.
* This option does not provide an immediate response. Please allow up to 48 hours for customer service to reply to your inquiry.
